Product Introduction
??
The product can indirectly heat or cool the paste, granular, powder,
and slurries. It can perform such operations as drying, cooling,
heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The
special wedge-type stirring heat transfer paddle in the device has high
heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer
surface.
Working principle
??Hollow
shafts are densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow blades, and the
hot medium flows through the hollow shaft through the hollow
shaft. There is a large area of heat transfer within the unit's
effective volume. The temperature of the heat medium ranges from -40°C
to 320°C. It can be water vapor or liquid type: such as hot water, heat
transfer oil, etc. Indirect conductive heating, without carrying air to
take away heat, heat is used to heat the material. The heat loss is only
through the body heat insulation layer to the environment. The wedge
blade heat transfer surface has a self-cleaning function. The relative
motion of the material particles and the wedge-shaped surface creates a

Ω type, and two to four hollow stirring shafts are generally arranged
in the casing. The housing has a sealed end cap and a top cover to
prevent material dust from leaking out and fully functioning.

The heat transfer medium passes through the rotary joint and flows
through the housing jacket and the hollow agitation shaft. The hollow
agitation shaft has different internal structures according to the type
of the heat medium to ensure the best heat transfer effect.
Performance characteristics
◎ Blade dryer energy
consumption is low: As a result of indirect heating, there is not a lot
of carrying air to take away heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is
provided with insulation layer. For slurry materials, only 1 kg of water
vapor is needed to evaporate 1 kg of water.
◎ Low cost of blade dryer system: The unit has a large heat transfer
surface in the effective volume, which shortens the processing time and
reduces the size of the equipment. It has greatly reduced the
construction area and the construction space.
◎ Wide range of processing materials: With different heat media,
heat-sensitive materials can be processed and materials that require
high temperature treatment can be processed. Commonly used media are:
water vapor, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water and so on.
Both continuous and intermittent operation can be applied in many fields.
◎ Low environmental pollution: Do not use carrying air, dust material
is very little entrainment. The solvent evaporation volume is very small

Adaptable material

petrochemical, dye, industrial sludge and other fields. The heat
transfer, cooling, and stirring characteristics of the equipment allow
it to perform the following unit operations: combustion (low
temperature), cooling, drying (solvent recovery), heating (melting),
reaction, and sterilization. The stirring blade is a heat transfer
surface at the same time, so that the heat transfer area in the
effective volume per unit is increased, and the processing time is
shortened. The wedge-shaped blade heat transfer surface also has a
self-cleaning function. Compression-expanding stirring function makes
the materials mixed evenly. The material moves in the axial direction as
"plug flow". In the axial interval, the gradient of temperature,
humidity and mixing degree of the material is very small. The heat
medium blade dryer can be used for the low-temperature combustion
work. Such as: calcium sulfate dihydrate (Ca2SO4 · 2H2O) combustion into
calcium sulfate hemihydrate (Ca2SO4 · 1/22H2O). Sodium bicarbonate
(NaHCO3) was converted into soda (Na2HCO3) by calcination. The cooling
medium, such as water, cooling brine, etc., can be used for cooling. For
example, paddle coolers used in the soda industry replace old-fashioned
air-cooled coolers, saving energy and exhaust gas treatment equipment,
and lowering operating costs. Drying, the most important function of the
equipment, does not use hot air, so that solvent recovery, energy
consumption, and environmental control are in an ideal state of easy
handling. Particularly suitable for the recovery of solvents, flammable
and easily oxidized heat-sensitive materials. Has been widely used in
fine chemicals, petrochemicals, dyes industry. Within the axial section,
the uniformity of temperature, humidity, and mixing allows the device
to be used for heating or melting, or for some solid material
reaction. It has been successfully used in the compound fertilizer and
modified starch industries. The paddle dryer can be used to sterilize
food and flour. The large heating area in the unit's effective volume
quickly heats the material to the sterilization temperature, avoiding
long-term heating and changing the material quality.
